What’s your cancellation and exchange policy?
We offer full refunds and exchanges up to 72 hours before a scheduled tour begins.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do! You can purchase them here.
What happens if a tour gets cancelled due to extreme weather?
We run tours in rain, snow or shine, but in the event of extreme weather, we will work with you to rebook the tour or issue refunds.
Are gratuities included for the guide?
Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. If your tour guide did a great job, please feel free to show your appreciation.
Do you offer holiday/themed tours?
Yes! From time to time, we have special themed tours (for example, a Pie Tour on 3-14). Be sure you're following us on Instagram and/or Facebook to know as soon as we schedule one. You can also subscribe to our emails here (promise we don't sent too many). If you have something specific in mind or want to plan a fun adventure of our own - lets make it happen!
How much walking is there on the tours?
Most of our tours have approximately one mile of leisurely walking.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket always includes all food served at every stop on the tour. Unless specified, tours do not include alcoholic drinks. Individual drinks and additional items can be purchased at the restaurants for an additional cost.
Where do the tours end?
Ending locations of the tour will be within walking distance of starting locations.
Do you offer transportation to and from the starting location?
No - that is not something we offer currently. There are parking options available at all tour sites. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are also a great option.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please be sure to include any food allergies when booking your ticket so substitutions can be arranged in advance. We are unable to make last-minute substitutions.
What about COVID?
We understand everyone has varying levels of comfort. At this time, as a tour we follow the guidelines that are set in place by the venues which we visit. We ask our guests to please respect the restaurants policies.
